Cryptocurrency Deposits: Where USDT TRC20 is used, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct network and wallet address are used. 99ply accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect address or via an incorrect network.
99ply may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. Promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms where specifically stated.

In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these general Terms, the individual game rules apply. If reconstruction is not possible, bets in progress at the time of the error will be voided and the staked amount returned. 99ply accepts no liability for losses arising from system errors beyond the return of the staked amount.

Nothing in these Terms limits 99ply's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 99ply reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player-initiated closure), any verified balance will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.
